Kicking off with an immersive design-thinking workshop, the project team worked with stakeholders to capture the vision, dig into details and understand expectations. We conducted user research; exploiting the brand's large social media following to understand online shopping preferences. This gave us valuable feedback from over 10k users.

ATSG's headless ecommerce platform was built with Shopify’s Hydrogen framework and React.js components to speed up time-to-market without compromising on functionality or customisability.

Shopify's Oxygen hosting platform also securely and reliably handles large traffic spikes that ATSG anticipates from social media promotions.


Shopify checkout was implemented to leverage the best-in-class checkout experience and endless payment gateway options, ensuring a smooth customer flow from discovery to purchase.

Finding the balance between influencer content and brand consistency in user experience

Summary

Sophistication meets simplicity in ATSG’s website design, inspired by the timeless elegance of a well-designed golf course. We meticulously crafted a digital platform that offers a seamless user experience just like a smooth swing on the green.

Drawing from the clean lines and uncluttered vistas of a golf course, the website exudes a sense of openness and tranquillity. We embraced the concept of 'less is more,' incorporating generous white space that allows every element to breathe and creates a sense of harmony and balance.

To enhance the user experience, a ‘Shop the look’ feature was included to showcase UGC from Instagram while retaining the minimalist, clean and modern design. Product pages also have an image hotspot feature allowing users to click an image to bring up the featured product in a box that links to the corresponding product page.
